Role & responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment plans as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payments.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and collection ethics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolution.
- Perform any other collection-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Payday Loans, NBFC Collections, or a Collection Agency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/collection software.
- Ability to achieve collection targets while maintaining customer service standards.
