Role Summary

The Manager Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's engagement with investors, analysts, financial institutions, and other capital market stakeholders. The incumbent will support fundraising initiatives, strategic financial communications, and corporate governance activities while working closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's Investor Relations strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, investment bankers, and financial institutions.
- Prepare high-quality investor presentations, financial updates, earnings presentations, board materials, and corporate communication documents.
- Support fundraising initiatives, strategic investments, and IPO readiness activities.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, analyst interactions, and earnings calls.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, analyst coverage, and shareholder feedback.




- Conduct financial analysis, valuation benchmarking, and industry research to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory disclosures.
- Assist in preparing Annual Reports, Investor Decks, Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A;), and other shareholder communication materials.
- Support senior leadership in communicating the company's growth strategy, financial performance, and long-term value creation.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, investor databases, and management dashboards.

Desired Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant exposure and should be MBA or CA. Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investor Relations.
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Statements, and Business Valuation.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Corporate Governance, and disclosure requirements.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and manage confidential information with integrity.
