Role & responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Assemble, install, and solder electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) in compliance with technical specifications.
- Hardware Testing: Conduct functional and performance tests on electronic hardware to ensure device quality and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues related to electronic components and systems, ensuring rapid problem resolution.
- Installation & Service: Travel to client sites to install and set up medical devices, including automated reprocessing systems, and provide in office maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, testing results, troubleshooting steps, and service reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of electronic components and to troubleshoot system-wide issues.
