Role & responsibilities

- Access card Re-activation / Revocation / New Access Card Activation and Deactivation process within TAT (Turnaround Time) / fixed time period.
- Monitoring of CCTV Cameras on regular basis and as and when required.
- Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly transaction Logs as per client requirement.
- Temporary Access Card Configuration and to save the e-mail to this effect for audit requirement.
- Audits: Coordinate and ensure closure of all the Internal and External findings with effective root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
- To support the work of the department in service monitoring and supplier management, ensuring that the required standards are maintained.
- To ensure that all Security Command / Control system / CCTV cameras are working properly.
- Respond to system alarms and report faults to the maintenance team.
- Support facility teams during system tests and routine audits.

Skills: Valuable computer skills, strong attention to detail.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with IBMS, BMS, or Computer Operating platforms.
