About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance Consultant to join our tech team on a permanent basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the robust management of identity and access protocols within our organization, leveraging OKTA Identity Governance tools to optimize security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage OKTA Identity Governance solutions to support organizational security objectives.
- Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies to ensure proper access management across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify identity governance requirements and propose effective solutions.




- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with identity governance policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support for identity-related issues to internal teams.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support identity governance processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in identity governance and access management.
- Proven expertise in OKTA Identity Governance (OIG) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in identity governance or access management.
- Experience in a tech-driven setting with a focus on security and compliance.
