As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for healthcare, nursing roles with our US-based clients. You will work closely with account managers to meet hiring needs through various channels, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing (allied and/or nursing)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, Boolean search)
- Experience working on VMS/MSP roles.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Life Sciences/Pharma background preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience: 0 - 6 Months of experience in US Staffing recruitment (Healthcare domain preferred).
- Strong understanding of US hiring models W2 and MSP/VMS processes.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
