About Leverage Edu

Leverage Edu is an AI-powered talent mobility platform operating across 14+ emerging markets. We help students study abroad and professionals find global career opportunities. With 850+ university partners, 5,500+ agent partners, and operations spanning 18+ destination markets, we are building the infrastructure for global talent mobility. Our Supply & Partnerships team is the bridge between Leverage and our university partners worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to serve as the strategic backbone of the Supply & Partnerships team. This person will work directly with the Chief Partnerships Officer, translating leadership priorities into structured execution, building performance infrastructure, and ensuring the team delivers on its commitments to university partners.

This is not a pure project management role. You will be expected to think strategically, solve problems independently, identify growth opportunities, and bring a top-down perspective to how the supply function operates. You are the person who ensures that when the CEO, co-founder, or a university partner needs something, it gets broken down, assigned, tracked, and closed -with quality.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution

- Translate directives from the CPO, CEO, and co-founder into structured workplans with clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
- End-to-end management of cross-functional initiatives across the supply team - from scoping through to closure.
- Build and maintain project trackers, workflow documentation, and SOPs to bring rigour to how the team operates.

Performance Tracking & Dashboards

- Design and maintain dashboards that track the teams delivery against university partner commitments - both quality and quantity.
- Own the performance infrastructure: define metrics, set up reporting cadences, and ensure leadership has real-time visibility into how things are tracking.

- Use data to surface early warning signals before problems escalate.

Problem-Solving & Escalation Management

- When performance gaps or partner issues arise, lead root cause analysis and drive structured resolution.
- Own the escalation pipeline: ensure issues are documented, broken down, assigned to the right people, and resolved within defined timelines.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset - dont just flag issues, propose solutions.

University Client Deliverables

- Lead the preparation of tier-1 proposals, tenders, partnership notes, and any high-stakes material that goes to university clients.
- Ensure all client-facing deliverables meet a high bar for quality, accuracy, and strategic framing.
- Support the team in responding to university requirements - whether data requests, compliance documentation, or strategic presentations.

India Team Oversight

- Provide operational oversight for India-based relationship managers, ensuring accountability on deliverables and timelines.
- Act as the connective layer between the CPOs priorities (London) and on-ground execution (India).
- Work closely with the Director - India Partnerships to ensure alignment and avoid duplication.

Strategic Input & Growth

- Identify growth opportunities within existing university partnerships and flag untapped potential.
- Bring ideas for improving client success - how can we deliver more value to our university partners?
- Contribute to strategic conversations with the CPO on team structure, partner segmentation, and market expansion.

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

- 3-5 years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, consulting, or a structured B2B environment.
- Exceptional structured thinking - you can take a messy, ambiguous problem and break it into a clear action plan.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent communication - you can write a crisp proposal, present to senior leadership, and hold your own with external university stakeholders.
- Detail-orientation with the ability to zoom out - you catch the small things without losing sight of the big picture.
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures (the CPO and senior partnership team are London/Manchester-based).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for partner and pipeline management.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity and analysis.

Nice-to-Haves

- Prior experience in edtech, international education, or B2B partnerships.
- Exposure to working with or reporting to C-suite / senior leadership.
- Experience building dashboards or reporting infrastructure (Metabase, Looker, or even well-structured spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with the international student recruitment ecosystem (universities, agents, source markets).

What This Role Offers

- Direct working relationship with the Chief Partnerships Officer - high visibility, fast feedback loops, and exposure to strategic decision making at the leadership level.
- A seat at the table in shaping how Leverages supply function operates and scales across 18+ markets.
- The chance to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth company high performing company.
- Cross-functional exposure across partnerships, operations, product, and data teams.
