- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications

- Monitor system and application health using AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana

- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents

- Participate in release and change review meetings, contributing to platform stability

- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort

- Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement performance improvements

- Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker

- Maintain transparent and comprehensive documentation for incident resolutions and procedures

Required Qualifications

- IT Operations: Strong experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

- SRE Experience: 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or production support

- Development: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, and Microservices

- Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana

- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Containerization: Skilled in Kubernetes and Docker environments

- CI/CD:



Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment pipelines

- Education: bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
