Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Windows Active Directory Support L3 qualified to manage and resolve complex infrastructure issues, support L1/L2 teams, and ensure high availability, stability, and continuous improvement of Windows and AD environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Windows OS related incidents, problems, and service requests

- Mentor and support L1 and L2 teams, handling complex and critical issues

- Ensure high availability and reliability of systems and services

- Identify opportunities and develop automation for routine operational activities

- Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and execution

- Manage, maintain, and reconfigure Active Directory services

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents

- Analyze repeat incidents and alerts to prevent recurrence

- Implement performance tuning recommendations as suggested by OEMs

- Maintain and update availability and capacity management plans

- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills as per recovery procedures

- Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, Knowledge Base,



and infrastructure documentation

- Troubleshoot SSO issues, including ADFS and Azure SSO integrations

- Handle Azure application integrations

Tools Technologies
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2022

- Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)

- Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Microsoft Azure (working knowledge)

- Monitoring, patching, and automation tools such as SCOM, SCCM, Ansible

- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

- Secondary (any one):

- AWS or Azure Fundamentals

- AWS Practitioner

- AWS/Azure Solution Architect or Administrator

Desired Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Experience in enterprise-scale Windows environments

- Excellent documentation and communication abilities

- Ability to work in high-availability and mission-critical environments
