Project Overview

- Developed a Field Operations Management Mobile Application for a leading digital infrastructure organization to digitize and streamline field workforce operations. The application enables task management, attendance tracking, patrolling, fault reporting and resolution, preventive maintenance, and real-time geospatial tracking. It also automates workflows, captures potential network issues such as cable or wire breakages caused by construction, weather, or other external factors, and maintains a centralized record for monitoring and management. The platform provides operational dashboards and actionable insights, improving field productivity, asset visibility, operational efficiency, and service delivery while enabling proactive issue resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate applications with relational databases and third-party services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.




- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and high availability.

Requirements

- Robust hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Strong SQL writing and database optimization skills.
- Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Good understanding of Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, OOP Concepts, and Design Patterns.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and API integrations.
