- Manage assigned US Defined Benefit plans with solid understanding of plan provisions
- Perform accurate manual benefit calculations
- Respond to employee and client queries in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain proactive and positive communication with stakeholders
- Support routine and periodic benefit plan audits
- Research plan rules and recommend changes when required
- Resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quick Solver techniques
Requirement
Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skill.
4+ years of experience in Defined Benefits is required.
