JOB SUMMARY:

The Sampling Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire sampling process, ensuring smooth operations within the sampling room, and facilitating coordination between teams, including merchandisers and product designers. This role involves managing patterns, maintaining accurate product and pattern databases, issuing samples, and ensuring all technical details related to the products are filled and properly documented. The Sampling Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring product samples are developed according to design specifications and delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- MANAGING PATTERNS:
OVERSEE THE LABELLING, ISSUING, RECEIVING, AND DUPLICATING OF PATTERNS, MAINTAINING ACCURATE RECORDS AND ENSURING THE SMOOTH FLOW OF PATTERN INFORMATION.
- COORDINATION WITH MERCHANDISER:
WORK CLOSELY WITH MERCHANDISERS TO ISSUE SAMPLES AND COORDINATE WITH THE SAMPLING ROOM TO ENSURE PRODUCTS ARE CREATED ACCORDING TO DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS.
- MAINTAINING DATABASES:
MANAGE AND MAINTAIN ORGANIZED DATABASES FOR PRODUCTS, SHOWROOMS, AND PATTERNS,



ENSURING EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE DATA MANAGEMENT.
- FILLING TECHNICAL DETAILS:
COORDINATE WITH THE PRODUCT DESIGNER TO MAINTAIN AND FILL OUT ALL TECHNICAL DETAILS OF PRODUCTS, MAKING SURE THE DOCUMENTATION IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.
- COORDINATION WITH PRODUCT DESIGNER:
COLLABORATE WITH THE PRODUCT DESIGNER IN DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES AND OVERSEE THE OVERALL OPERATIONS OF THE SAMPLING ROOM TO MEET PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
