Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) and Windows Server environments.
- Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.
- Configure users, groups, authentication, and security policies.
- Perform security patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot CPU, memory, disk, network, and application-related issues.
- Configure Apache, Nginx, IIS, SSH, SFTP, NFS, and XRDP services.
- Implement SSL certificates and web hosting.
- Manage storage using LVM, partitioning, and filesystems.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and log rotation.
- Document SOPs, RCA reports, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.




- 13 years of experience in system administration or OS engineering roles.
- Solid hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) and Windows Server administration.
- Working knowledge of security hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with web/application services such as Apache, Nginx, IIS, SSH, SFTP, NFS, and XRDP.
- Understanding of SSL certificate implementation and web hosting.
- Proficiency in storage management using LVM, partitioning, and filesystems.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and log rotation tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
