Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Networking).
- Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, and automated provisioning.
- Implement best practices for scalability, resilience, and security.
- CI/CD Release Management Design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.
- Champion GitOps workflows for automated, auditable deployments.
- Drive consistency, speed, and reliability across release cycles.
- Governance Compliance Enforce governance, compliance, and security standards across the SDLC.
- Support Agile/Scrum teams in aligning DevOps practices with delivery goals.
- Collaboration Delivery Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure production readiness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.

Requirements





- 4+ years in DevOps roles supporting enterprise-grade deployments.
- Solid hands-on expertise with:
- AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, Networking).
- Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus.
- Automation scripting experience (Go preferred, Bash/Python acceptable).
- Proven track record in: Managing production-grade Kubernetes workloads.
- Building and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
