Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior SEO Sr. Executive to join our Digital
Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective
SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall online
visibility. This role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with strong
analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata to improve rankings.
Implement technical SEO improvements (site structure, crawlability, indexation, Core Web
Vitals, schema, etc.).

Manage and execute link-building strategies while ensuring quality and compliance.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Track, analyze, and report SEO performance against KPIs.
Collaborate with content, design,



and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are
applied across all digital assets.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and search engine ranking factors.
Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog,
etc.).

Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, or basic web development knowledge is an advantage.
