- Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
