Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL, along with exposure to Agentic AI Workflows. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, working with databases, and developing intelligent AI-powered workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for automation, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making.
- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.




- Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs and backend services.
- Understanding of Agentic AI Workflows, AI agents, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating APIs and external services.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
