We are hiring a passionate and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA)/ Sr BDA who can guide UPSC aspirants and convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential UPSC aspirants via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Counsel students about MentorsDaily mentorship programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through strong follow-ups
- Build trust and maintain relationships with students
- Track and manage leads through CRM/internal systems
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with marketing & academic teams

Required Skills

- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Positive counseling and interpersonal abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Basic understanding of UPSC preparation (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Experience in EdTech sales/counseling is a plus
- Candidates who have prepared for UPSC are also encouraged to apply
