- Drive PUD Business Development for Coatings (Leather, Artificial leather ,Textile, Wood Coating , Footwear, Leather ).
- Generate Sales and Revenue budget and deliver the targeted sales and contribution margins
- Identify new markets & key customers
- Analyze customer segmentation, pricing trends, mix optimization and margin drivers
- Conduct trials with Technical Services & R&D; at customer end and scale-up to commercial manufacturing.
- Recommend branding , Product specification, pricing and distribution strategies.
- Review and ensure the effectiveness of current Product introduction in new market
- Accurate Market mapping, products positioning and pricing strategy and competition benchmarking for each segment
