Senior Technical Consultant (C#)

You will join the Data Management Service Line within the Global Data Management Practice team. Our Data Management Core (Gain) solutions enable clients to manage their data portfolio end to end and integrate with internal and external data sources and technologies to drive business operations.

You will be working in an agile team which is responsible for implementing the connectivity to internal and external data sources for and together with our clients. After the technical integration, the data needs to follow a quality enhancement process using SimCorp Data Management Core modules like Security Master, Market Data or Corporate Actions. Once the data quality is verified it will be used to manage the complete spectrum of lifecycle events of financial instruments, from plain vanilla equity and fixed income instruments to complex OTC derivatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Analyze back office and IT processes related to Data Management in respect to the product capabilities and technologies

- Build, deliver and (automatically) test configuration work in aspects of SimCorp Data Management based on client requirements

- Collaborate with clients throughout the project timeline

- Provide input to the product roadmap

- Advise on process improvements through better use of Simcorp Data Management and contribute to improve and document best practices for implementations.





- Constantly expand your knowledge of SimCorp Data Management and the clients business in order to ensure that clients get the optimal value/ outcome out of their product usage

- Contribute to the knowledge sharing within service line projects and tasks

- Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects

- Participate in know-how exchange with colleagues on an international level

WHAT WE VALUE

- Solid programming experience in C# and understanding of what positive code means

- Knowledge in SQL, Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle
