Role & responsibilities :
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
- Deliver clear and persuasive course counselling
- Handle queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach
- Drive enrolments through structured follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Manage admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets
Preferred candidate profile :
• 1-4 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counselling (B2C preferred)
Skills:
• Robust communication in Hindi & English
• Ability to simplify and explain spiritual/complex concepts
• Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
• Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach
