- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and chats.
- Assisted customers with product, service, and account-related queries .
- Resolved customer complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction .
- Escalated complex issues to the appropriate department.

- Any UG , Graduate, Fresher or Experience can apply for this role.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Typing speed between 25-30wpm.
