Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with strong language proficiency and communication skills to support our Collections process. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing effective resolution through skilled communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions for the Collections process in the required language.
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide appropriate support/resolution.
- Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:





- Proficiency in Polish, Portuguese, Japanese & Korean language (as applicable).
- Candidates with prior experience in the respective language process will be preferred.
- Prior BPO/Collections experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing voice process.
- Versatile working as per business requirements, including any shifts.
- Should be ok with 24* 7 work environments.

Experience:

- Freshers with strong language skills can be considered.
- Experienced will be considered relevant if have language process exposure in known language.
