Hiring Japanese & Korean Language Specialists (Voice Process)

Location: [Noida - Sec 62 ]

Shift: 247 (Rotational) | One-side cab facility for odd hours

Role: Collections Voice Process

Eligibility Japanese:

- N2 certification (Freshers & Experienced eligible)
- OR N3 certification with minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese voice process

Eligibility Korean:

- Level 4 (TOPIK) certification (Freshers & Experienced eligible)
- OR Level 3 (TOPIK) certification with minimum 1 year of experience in Korean voice process

Salary-

- Freshers: 40,000 In-hand | 5.55 LPA CTC
- Experienced: 53,000 In-hand | 7.36 LPA CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer conversations in Japanese/Korean language voice process
- Manage collections-related queries with accuracy and professionalism




- Ensure effective communication and resolution in customer interactions
- Adapt to rotational shifts and business requirementS.
- Candidates with prior experience in Japanese/Korean voice process will be considered as experienced (final decision based on interview).
- All interviews will be conducted in-office.
- Solid verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility with work location, shift timings, and business requirements is required.
