Job Title: TS Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and commission equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and operation.

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services for contract customers.

* Diagnose and resolve machine issues, providing timely and effective troubleshooting support.

* Deliver application-related technical guidance and solutions to customers and agents.

* Conduct structured training sessions to improve customer and agent capabilities.

* Support demo activities and evaluation processes for potential and existing customers.

Education :

Bachelors degree or higher

Preferred Major:

Engineering (B.E), preferably in Electrical/Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering

Qualifications:

* Basic understanding of SMT processes and equipment is preferred.





* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site technical issues.

* Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

* Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
