1. Sales Capability Development

- Design and deliver structured learning journeys for KAM and Retail Sales teams.
- Drive onboarding and induction for all new sales hires.
- Build capability in consultative selling, negotiation, account management, retail excellence, objection handling, influencing skills, and commercial acumen.

2. Product & Solution Training

- Partner with Product Management and Marketing to roll out product knowledge programs.
- Conduct certification programs to improve product confidence and customer conversations.

3. Field Coaching

- Accompany sales teams on customer visits and retailer interactions.
- Observe sales behaviors, provide coaching, and improve execution quality.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to close identified capability gaps.

4. Sales Performance Enablement

- Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and learning assets.
- Standardize best practices across regions.
- Support recent product launches through structured training interventions.

5. Capability Measurement

- Track learning effectiveness through assessments,



field observations, productivity metrics, and business outcomes.
- Publish regular capability dashboards for Sales leadership.

6. Stakeholder Partnership

- Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, HR, and L&D; to align capability initiatives with business priorities.

Key Competencies Required

- Strong experience in B2B and retail sales training, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, energy, or industrial products.
- Hands-on experience in KAM, channel, and retail sales environments.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence experienced sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, and sales processes.
- Ability to create engaging learning content and translate business priorities into capability interventions.
- Comfortable using data to identify gaps, measure learning impact, and improve sales effectiveness.
