- Manage a team of SME lenders to achieve business targets and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for MSME loan disbursement, ensuring timely delivery of funds to customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify current opportunities for SME banking products and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive wholesale banking landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in SME lending or related fields such as MSME loan processing or wholesale banking.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in working capital management (WC) and supply chain finance (SCF).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building with clients.
