Exp- 5-7 years

Location: Remote (PAN India) later on it can be Work from Office (Noida)

Notice Period- Immediate -30 days (serving np 45/60 days option for buy out), August 2nd or 3rd Week

Work Mode- Remote(3 days working, 4 days week off (because shift hours are 12) )

Interview Mode : 3 rounds of virtual discussions
Work Shifts - Canadian (Rotation Shifts)(Night Shift / Shift Allowances also for night shifts)

Edu: BA/Btech cdds Should be ECE/EEE, BCA , BE (others not)

Skills: L2 support, networking, Routing, Switching, CISCO(Any), Telecom (Adv)

Responsibilities:

Technical

- Perform detailed trouble analysis (remote testing, fault isolation, and resolution) for IP network elements using logs, alarms, operational metrics and tools

- Perform break fix activities due to network failures. (due to any of the following: hardware, software, and firmware upgrades, network element commissioning, and product change upgrades).

- Conduct preventive maintenance routines on IP network elements to maintain and improve network reliability.

- Implement service and network element changes as directed to ensure the smooth functioning of the network.





- Knowledge of core / distribution / access concepts and their troubleshooting and break/fix (includes NAT, GPON / DSLAMs, routing, hardware troubleshooting).

- Work with vendors for issues

Communications

- Work closely with team members to resolve network issues efficiently and effectively.

- Coordinate with in office technicians who require assistance or are providing hands and feet support for IP network assurance tasks.

- Engage with stakeholders and team members to discuss network issues, troubleshoot details, and confirm resolutions.

- Provide regular updates on issue progress, next steps, and any roadblocks.

Administration

- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance routines, changes, and incidents related to IP network assurance.

- Update corporate systems with real-time status updates, logs, and detailed information about ongoing issues and resolutions.

- Submit time and expense reports promptly.

Results or Outcomes:

- Work is completed within time constraints to meet defined quality standards, ensuring overall network reliability and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain clear communication standards with stakeholders through appropriate channels (phone, email, chat).
