We have an urgent vacancy for a Technical Manager Analytical Lab to support and expedite our NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) accreditation process. Please circulate this opening and share suitable profiles at the earliest.

Role: Technical Manager — Analytical Lab

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the technical requirements of an ISO/IEC 17025 & NABL-compliant Quality Management System.
- Supervise technical staff and laboratory operations to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results.
- Prepare for and manage audits; address ILP/PT (Internal Lab Proficiency / Proficiency Testing) and non-conformities promptly.
- Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs, test methods, scope, calibration procedures, and other technical documentation.
- Perform method validation and verification for NABL scope.
- Train staff on technical requirements of NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- BSc/MSc in relevant field (Chemistry)
- 6–9 years of experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory.
- Must have served as an Authorized Signatory for at least 4 years.
