We are urgently hiring for Team Leader for Outbound Sales at our Noida sector 63 Location.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate
Positive Communication Skills
Should have 1 year experience on paper as a Process Trainer from BPO Outbound sales
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering.
- BPO experience is mandatory
- Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
- Should be comfortable working from office
- US Shift
- 5 days a week
- Education UG: Any Graduate; PG: Any Postgraduate
