About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day movement of goods and ensure timely delivery coordination with pickers, vendors, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate dispatch and movement of material from warehouse to destination

- Picker Coordination: Coordinate with picker team to track where the goods are, delivery status, and ETA of incoming/outgoing material

- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly MIS on dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status in Excel

- Tracking: Track shipments, coordinate with transporters, and update internal teams on delays or issues

- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation for GRN, invoices, and delivery challans

- Inventory Support:



Work with warehouse team to reconcile stock and prevent discrepancies

Required Skills:

- Experience: 1-4 years in logistics coordination / warehouse operations

- Excel Skills: Must know Excel for MIS, trackers, and reports. Pivot, Vlookup

- Coordination: Strong communication to coordinate with pickers, vendors, and internal teams

- Problem Solving: Ability to handle urgent dispatch issues and delivery delays

- Education: Graduate preferred

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in E-commerce / Fintech / FMCG logistics

- Knowledge of WMS/TMS tools
