Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals on career opportunities in the IT industry.
- Understand individual learning goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, projects, internships, and placement assistance.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and offer personalized career guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the decision-making process.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and career guidance initiatives.




- Achieve admission targets while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and job market demands.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate career guidance.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and student interactions efficiently.
- Prior experience in Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Career Guidance will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and technology domains will be an added advantage.
