Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations
Strengthen financial controls and risk management processes
Coordinate internal and external audits
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
What We're Looking For:
CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Several years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with team leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
