Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead with over 8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation and exposure to Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, design scalable RPA solutions, mentor development teams, and drive AI-enabled intelligent automation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, deployment, and support.
- Architect scalable automation solutions using leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance business processes.
- Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML services, APIs, OCR, and workflow applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Manage automation governance,



security, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of automation solutions.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and solution architecture.
- Solid expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating RPA with REST APIs, OCR, document processing, and AI services.
- Good understanding of process assessment, solution design, and automation lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- RPA platform certifications (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism).
- Exposure to Generative AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Copilot, or similar.
- Experience leading enterprise automation programs and managing cross-functional teams.
