You will own end-to-end SEO for Proefficos corporate site and product websites technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy and off-page authority building. The goal is simple: rank for high-intent commercial keywords in India and the GCC, and convert that traffic into qualified inbound pipeline for our sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Search Strategy Own keyword research, search intent mapping and content gap analysis across all Proeffico web properties, with separate strategies for Indian and GCC search markets.
2. Technical SEO Audit and fix crawlability, indexation, site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, page speed, canonicalisation, redirects and mobile usability. Coordinate fixes with the engineering team.
3. On-Page SEO Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, image alt text and landing page copy for target keywords and conversion.
4. Content Editorial Build the content calendar with the marketing and product teams. Brief and edit blogs, case studies, comparison pages, landing pages and product content for search visibility.
5. Off-Page Authority Execute white-hat link building, digital PR, directory and marketplace listings, guest posting and partner backlinks. Improve domain authority sustainably.
6. Local Geo SEO Manage Google Business Profile, local citations and geo-targeted landing pages for Noida/Delhi NCR and GCC city-level searches.
7. Analytics Reporting Track rankings, organic sessions, impressions, CTR, conversions and assisted pipeline.



Build monthly dashboards and report insights, not just numbers.
8. Competitive Intelligence Benchmark competitors in AI video analytics, ERP, CRM and POS categories. Identify keywords and content assets we can win.
9. Cross-Functional Work with the paid, social and sales teams so SEO content supports campaigns, and use search data to inform positioning and messaging.

REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE

1. 2 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, IT services or technology products.
2. Strong command of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and at least one SEO suite (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or Screaming Frog).
3. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and structured data (JSON-LD schema); comfortable reading a pages source and briefing developers precisely.
4. Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic able to show before/after data from previous roles.
5. Solid content sense: can write or edit a technical blog, product page or case study that reads well and ranks.
6. Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how organic traffic converts into MQLs and SQLs.
7. Excellent written English and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

VALUABLE TO HAVE

1. Experience marketing to GCC / Middle East audiences, including multilingual or Arabic-language SEO.
2. Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow or headless CMS platforms.
3. Exposure to AI-assisted content workflows, programmatic SEO or GEO/AEO (optimising for AI search and answer engines).
4. Basic experience with paid search, LinkedIn campaigns or marketing automation tools.
5. Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications.
