US Staffing Recruiter Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

- Recruit for US-based candidates for US based-clients across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Healthcare domains, collaborating with US clients, account managers, and sales teams.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and match the right talent to open positions.
- Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time roles.
- Validate resumes, work authorization, and support background/reference checks.
- Drive successful placements while maintaining solid quality and turnaround metrics.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Freshers who have completed their education in 2025 or 2026 should apply.
- Someone with 1 year of international BPO experience and want to move into US recruitment should apply.

Shift Timings : EST (5:30PM -2:30 AM IST)

PST (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST)

Location : Noida sec-126 (5 days work from office)
