Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions (online & offline), guiding students through practical assignments, and ensuring they gain strong hands-on skills required for industry jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules such as:

- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)

- Google Ads / PPC

- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

- Content Marketing

- WordPress & Website Basics

- Email Marketing

- Google Analytics / GA4

- Affiliate Marketing

- ORM & Branding

- Train students using real industry projects, tools, and case studies.

- Create lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments for each module.

- Evaluate students performance and provide feedback for improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

- Support students during internships, project work, and job preparation.

- Work closely with the academic team to ensure smooth training delivery and student satisfaction.





- Conduct mock interviews, doubt sessions, and career guidance sessions.

- Participate in webinars, workshops, and events organized by the institute.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (industry or teaching).

- Solid hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Analytics, and major tools.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

- Experience working on live campaigns or managing clients is a strong advantage.

- Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot preferred (not mandatory).

- Ability to manage class engagement and maintain high training quality.
