Data Modeler - Associate Manager

Location: Noida, UP, India

Job Description

a) Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of robust expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
- Experience with enterprise data models (e.g., BCDM) and subject area alignment
- Ability to define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
- Proficiency with ER modelling tools (e.g., ERwin or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and lineage
- Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse concepts and data architecture
- Strong banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into data models
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders




- Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)

b) Good to Have Skills

- Exposure to Snowflake / hybrid data platforms
- Experience with data catalog tools
- Knowledge of financial data standards (e.g., ISO20022)
- Experience in regulatory programs (IFC, FSCS, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL / data engineering workflows
- Experience in data product-based delivery models
