Role Overview

As a Job Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring premium hiring mandates from companies across India and helping organizations leverage iimjobs.com and hirist.tech to hire quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

Job Acquisition

- Acquire premium hiring mandates from new and existing clients.
- Connect with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and hiring managers.
- Identify hiring trends across industries and proactively approach hiring organizations.

Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.




- Understand hiring requirements and recommend the most suitable hiring solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and platform walkthroughs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the engagement.

Revenue & Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly and quarterly job acquisition targets.
- Drive adoption of premium hiring solutions and value-added services.
- Maximize client retention and repeat business.

Market Intelligence

- Track hiring trends across Product, Technology, Consulting, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and other sectors.
- Identify quick-growing startups, GCCs, and enterprises with active hiring.
- Maintain an updated prospect database.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Share market insights and customer feedback to improve products and campaigns.
