Hands-on experience with System Integrators, Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Public Sector (State Clients)
Strong understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models (US)
Strong understanding of T4 and B2B hiring models (Canada)
Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Robust networking skills and ability to build long-term candidate relationships
Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment
Exposure to niche skills hiring such as:
SAP & ERP (Functional & Technical)
Blockchain & Emerging Technologies
