1 in 6 Indian couples face infertility today. Most current solutions are hormonal, invasive, expensive, and emotionally punishing. We're building a full-stack, non-hormonal, patient-first alternative.

The Role

This is a 01 role in our Founder's Office. You'll own Cosma's direct-to-consumer growth engine end-to-end brand story, category education, performance marketing, website, content, marketplaces, community. You'll sit next to the founders, own a P&L; line, and shape the org as we scale from 5 to 30 people.

This is the pathway to Head of D2C / VP Growth in 12–18 months.

What you'll own

- Brand voice, positioning, and category education for fertility in India
- Performance marketing across Google, Meta, and emerging channels
- Content strategy — SEO, patient education,

- Website conversion and D2C funnel end-to-end
- Marketplace strategy — Nykaa, Amazon, 1mg, Flipkart
- Influencer / KOL programs and community building
- Customer retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value discipline

Who you are

- 3–6 years at a D2C brand, femtech / women's wellness brand, or health-tech consumer platform
- Fluent with numbers: CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, retention. You've owned metrics — not just watched them
- Have shipped brand launches or category-education campaigns end-to-end
- Comfortable with fertility as a category — you find the mission energizing, not awkward
- Ownership mindset. High tolerance for ambiguity. Move quick, ship at 70% and iterate
