Job Title: AGM/General Manager - HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR function for the organization across all business units and projects.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the real estate sector.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition for project, corporate, sales, and site-level hiring.
- Drive Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention initiatives.
- Handle statutory compliance, labor laws, and contractor workforce management.
- Implement Learning & Development programs for technical, sales, and managerial staff.
- Partner with leadership for succession planning and workforce planning for projects.
- Establish strong HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage employee relations,



grievance handling, and disciplinary processes effectively.
- Recruitment Process .
- Drive HR automation and digital HR practices for efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 12-16 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate companies.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (onsite & corporate).
- Proven experience in building and leading HR teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
