We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented Digital Marketing Head with at least 15 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed real estate developers or leading brands and possess a solid track record of generating high-quality sales leads through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the companys complete digital marketing strategy.

* Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, plotted, and luxury real estate projects.

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

* Build a measurable lead generation funnel with defined KPIs and ROI.

* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms.

* Create engaging content strategies, including videos, reels, blogs, graphics, and customer testimonials.

* Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation.

* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversions, and customer acquisition.

* Monitor campaign performance and present weekly and monthly MIS reports.

* Manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, creative partners, and media vendors.

* Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and competitor activities.





* Build the employer and corporate brand of Pushpanjali Constructions through strategic online positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

* Must have worked with a reputed company, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Retail, or other premium consumer brands.

* Proven experience in generating high-volume, high-quality digital leads.

* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM integration, and analytics.

* Excellent knowledge of social media growth strategies and content marketing.

* Experience managing marketing budgets and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

* Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Business Suite, and AI-based marketing tools is highly desirable.

Qualification
