Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced AGM/GM – Projects to lead the execution of Government Thermal Power Plant and Industrial EPC Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from mobilization to handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and cash flow.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Coordinate RCC, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Prepare MIS reports and manage project risks.
- Handle client coordination and stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Construction Management certification preferred).
- Experience: 12–20 years in Thermal Power Plant/Industrial EPC project execution and management.
- Must have successfully completed 4–5 Government Thermal Power Plant projects for clients such as NTPC, BHEL, Adani, GE Power, or similar organizations.
- Skills: Primavera/MS Project, project planning, cost control, QA/QC, leadership, and client management.
