We are looking for a Sales Executive Contract Staffing / Payroll Transfer to drive business growth through client acquisition, B2B sales, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in staffing sales, contract hiring, payroll solutions, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Contract Staffing and Payroll Transfer services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build relationships with HR, TA Heads, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Manage client accounts and ensure long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely fulfilment of requirements.




- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
