Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (for senior candidates)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring pipelines
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Must have good Experience with Diverse kind of Hiring .

Required Skills

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; additional languages are a plus)




- Basic to strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

For Senior Candidates (Additional Expectations)

- Handle end-to-end recruitment independently
- Manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Must Have experience of Team handing
- Must have Experience with client coordination
- Strong sourcing, headhunting & negotiation skills
- Ability to close positions within deadlines
- Mentoring junior recruiters (if required)
