Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to execute projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee site supervision, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify potential issues early on and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry with a focus on project execution.
- Robust leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent team handling skills with experience in leading diverse teams across different functions (engineering, procurement, construction).
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects from planning through delivery.
