Job Description

As an Executive Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensuring timely hiring as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Manage hiring for Customer Support, Backend Operations, and other non-technical roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct HR screening and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, and pre-joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and maintain a healthy joining ratio.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
