Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in AI/ML, Data Science, Enterprise Products, and Agile Delivery? We're looking for a highly analytical professional who can bridge business and technology to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 7–12 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience in AI/ML or Data Science projects
- Enterprise Product Development experience
- Robust expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Agile (Scrum)
- Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories & Backlog Management
- Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and Snowflake
- Knowledge of ETL, Data Validation, and Data Quality
- Experience with SAP, Coupa, or Enterprise ERP integrations
- Understanding of REST APIs & JSON integrations
- Hands-on experience in UAT planning, execution, and Release Management




- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML and enterprise products.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Perform data validation, UAT, and support production releases.
- Ensure successful delivery of scalable, high-quality business solutions.
