Role & responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI).
- Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration support, and user training at customer sites.
- Assist the sales team with technical discussions, product selection, and solution proposals.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry standards, and Test & Measurement products.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and effective technical support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Extensive knowledge of Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI) and their applications.
- Hands-on experience in product installation, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with sales and service teams.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player.
